ClearScript, operated by Flouvou LLC, does not sell your personal information in exchange for monetary consideration. Opting out does not affect: (a) strictly necessary cookies required for the Service to function; (b) our ability to use your data for our own internal purposes (analytics, service improvement); or (c) data sharing with service providers who process data on our behalf (as described in our Privacy Policy). Your opt-out preference is tied to your browser and device. If you use multiple browsers or devices, you will need to opt out on each one separately. Clearing your browser cookies may also reset your opt-out preference.
If you submit an opt-out request via email, we may need to verify your identity by confirming the email address associated with your account. We will process verified requests within fifteen (15) business days.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your opt-out rights. You will continue to receive the same level of service and will not be charged different prices or provided a different quality of service as a result of opting out.
