Our Standard plan offers a 7-day trial for $2. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged further. The $2 trial fee is non-refundable.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. You retain access until the end of your current billing period. We offer a full refund within the first 48 hours of your initial subscription if you are unsatisfied.
Annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. We offer a prorated refund within the first 30 days. After 30 days, you retain access until the end of your annual period with no refund.
Word pack purchases are non-refundable once words have been used. If no words have been consumed, we can issue a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
Email hey@clearscript.ai with your account email and reason for the refund. We process refund requests within 3 business days.
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. We're happy to resolve any billing issue directly.
